Tizi Ouzou : Des enseignants réclament leur régularisation
Des enseignants en informatique, exerçant à travers le territoire de la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou dans le cadre du préemploi, dénoncent la précarité de leur statut.
Ayant vu leurs contrats prorogés de plusieurs mois par rapport à la durée réglementaire, ces derniers croyaient en leur régularisation, comme le stipulent les lois régissant le dispositif du préemploi. Constatant que rien n’est fait pour leur maintien en poste par l’employeur, les 25 enseignants ont adressé une requête au directeur de l’éducation de la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou et au ministère de tutelle par le biais d’un élu à l’APW. Le collectif a été reçu une seule fois par le directeur de l’éducation.
Ce dernier leur a invoqué l’absence de postes budgétaires et leur a signifié leur remplacement imminent par d’autres diplômés de l’université, notent nos interlocuteurs. Les contestataires attestent qu’il existe actuellement une forte demande exprimée par les établissements scolaires, notamment pour l’enseignement de l’informatique (initiation).
Afin de faire valoir leurs droits, les protestataires se regroupent chaque lundi matin au siège de la direction de l’éducation, sans que les responsables ne les appellent pour une entrevue, indique un membre du collectif. Soutenus par leurs collègues, une pétition a été lancée à travers tous les lycées et rassemble, à ce jour, plusieurs dizaines de signatures.
Le collectif d’enseignants du préemploi n’écarte pas de lancer d’autres formes de protestation si leurs doléances ne trouvent pas d’issue favorable. Une expérience dans l’enseignement, engrangée durant de nombreuses années par ces diplômés de l’université, risque de partir en fumée si aucune décision n’est prise en vue de leur régularisation.
