Tizi Ouzou : La RN25, un calvaire pour les automobilistes
La RN25, reliant la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou à celle de Bouira sur une longueur d’une quarantaine de kilomètres, devient au fil des années impraticable pour ses usagers.
L’insécurité est permanente, en raison des maquis qui l’entourent sur plus de trente kilomètres, relevant des communes d’Aït Yahia Moussa et de Draâ El Mizan. Ainsi, cette route a été durant plusieurs années l’endroit privilégié pour les groupes armés qui, profitant de l’absence de points de contrôle des services de sécurité sur une grande distance, dressent de faux barrages en toute quiétude. En outre, cet important axe routier a enregistré, à lui seul, ces six derniers mois, plus d’une vingtaine d’accidents de la circulation. La multiplication des accidents sur cette route, à grand trafic, s’explique, selon ses usagers, par plusieurs raisons. D’abord, son étroitesse dans de nombreux endroits. Le nombre des usagers de cette route nationale a augmenté à cause de l’absence d’une autre voie de communication pouvant répondre à la demande de cette partie de la wilaya. Pour rappel, cette route a été réalisée par l’armée française à l’époque coloniale. Des années après l’indépendance, toute la région du sud de Tizi Ouzou, mais également de Bouira, utilise cette route. A cela, s’ajoute la dangerosité particulière de cette route, caractérisée par une multitude de virages dangereux qui se succèdent sans la moindre signalisation. Ce qui est fréquent sur cette route, ce sont aussi les dérapages. Par ailleurs, les nombreux usagers soulignent la responsabilité humaine dans tous les accidents. En effet, malgré toutes les difficultés énumérées ci-dessus et l’existence rare de panneaux de signalisation routière, les usagers ne respectent pas la limitation de vitesse qui est de 60 km/h.
