Tigzirt : Un centre culturel à Tifra
Un centre culturel a été ouvert dernièrement au village Tifra, dans la commune balnéaire de Tigzirt.
C’est une initiative plus que louable qui vient conforter les férus de la chose culturelle. Lors de la cérémonie d’inauguration, l’on a constaté un engouement remarquable manifesté par les citoyens de la région à ce genre d’évènement qui commence véritablement a gagner du terrain dans la région.
La date de sa mise en service a coïncidé avec une date historique, à savoir le 53e anniversaire du déclenchement de la guerre de libération nationale. A cette occasion, de nombreuses personnalités connues dans la région ont assisté, aux côtés des autorités locales, aux festivités ayant marqué cette journée.
Cet établissement a caractère culturel vient à point nommé pour combler un déficit remarquable en matière d’infrastructures publiques dans ce village qui renferme en son sein pas moins de quatre mille habitants.
