CÉLÉBRATION DU 1er NOVEMBRE A TIZI-OUZOU : La grotte d’Aït-Lahcène, à Illoula Oumalou, revisitée cette semaine
“Ayant joué un rôle éminemment stratégique durant la Révolution”, la grotte d’Aït-Lahcène, dans la commune d’Illoula Oumalou, sortira de l’anonymat et de l’oubli à l’occasion de la célébration du 45e anniversaire de la Révolution dans cette commune martyre de 850 chahid qui fut classée zone interdite durant les années de braise.
Non explorée à ce jour, selon les citoyens, la grotte est composée de plusieurs galeries exploitées alors par les moudjahidine à des fins militaires et stratégiques. Elle a servi d’abri antiaérien et d’hôpital aux combattants de l’ALN et aux civils, et de refuge pour la population durant l’opération Jumelles et suite aux expéditions punitives. Plus de 500 personnes y auraient ainsi trouvé refuge suite à une offensive militaire des troupes coloniales.
La grotte fut par ailleurs le théâtre de plusieurs hauts faits de guerre, selon des moudjahidine. Outre une exposition permanente montrant notamment des objets de tous les jours utilisés par les éléments de l’ALN et récupérés sur le site même, les deux journées de célébration (hier et aujourd’hui) sont consacrées aux témoignages de moudjahidine ayant cohabité dans la grotte et aux conférences et tables rondes sur la Révolution.
La culture sera également au menu pour servir de stimulant au fait historique avec la troupe théâtrale de l’association du village qui présentera des pièces sur la thématique de l’histoire. Une délégation de la wilaya accompagnait le village dans sa quête de perpétuer les valeurs de Novembre.
