Igfilen : Une école à l’abandon
L’école primaire d’Igfilen, dans la commune d’Illilten, est à l’abandon. Construite sur un terrain privé acheté par les citoyens, cette école dispose uniquement de trois salles de cours et d’un logement de fonction. L’établissement est géré par enseignant qui assume en parallèle le poste de directeur. Les autres enseignants sont des vacataires. Depuis son ouverture en 1994, l’école n’a bénéficié d’aucune opération d’entretien digne de ce nom. La peinture des murs n’a jamais été refaite. Les gouttières ne sont pas réalisées. La toiture n’arrive plus à retenir les eaux de pluie à certains endroits. La cour n’a pas été aménagée et les eaux d’assainissement sont déversées dans une fosse septique. La réalisation d’un mur de soutènement du haut côté de l’établissement attend toujours. Cette situation est presque celle des autres établissements scolaires de la commune d’Illilten qui attendent une meilleure et sérieuse prise en charge de la part des pouvoirs publics qui avaient pourtant promis de donner la priorité aux écoles situées dans les zones montagneuses et enclavées de la wilaya de Tizi Ouzou.
